Companion House also manages the Cook Neighbourhood Hall at the Cook Community Hub.

Details about the location, facilities, availability, fees including bond, insurance requirements, access for keys, security matters, cleaning requirements and other related matters hirers need to know are provided in the Terms of Use.  Hirers should pay particular attention to the noise control issue under Special Attention and read the Noise in Residential Areas attachment that forms part of the Terms of Use.

As part of the Bond condition, all hirers are required to complete, sign and return a check list of actions to be undertaken at the end of the hire and return this form with the keys.  For reference a copy of the Checklist is provided here.  Each hirer is issued with a copy of the check list when picking up the Hall keys.
