Details about the location, facilities, availability, fees including bond, insurance requirements, access for keys, security matters, cleaning requirements and other related matters hirers need to know are provided in the Terms of Use. The hire charges apply for bookings in 2019 – please use Hall Information for all hirers – Cook Hall 2019 for any such proposed bookings.
Hirers should pay particular attention to the noise control issue under Special Attention and read the Noise in Residential Areas attachment that forms part of the Terms of Use.
